We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order (determined by the tracking information or delivery/pick up date).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 72 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Eden Acre, LLC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to Microgreens and face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with microgreens or face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion. If we choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you may be charged a restocking fee.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Eden Acre, LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Shipping costs are based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipping. Shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES (BUSINESS DAYS)
Your Merch order will ship in 24-48hrs after your order is fulfilled. It could take 5-7 business days orders for you order to arrive depending on what region you are located and depending on the speed of the postal system that week.
Orders are shipped on Business Days only. Please note that Business Days are Monday– Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We make every attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a notice with tracking number, when your package ships. For International orders please note that it can take two weeks or more depending on the final destination. Custom Orders will be quoted upon ordering. International orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked once the leave the United States.
At this time we only offer USPS Priority and USPS Express.
All items are insured against loss or damage while in transit from Eden Acre, LLC to the shipping address. All damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will contain shipping details and tracking information.
USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We are unable to give you any information other than what the tracking shows. If you would like to receive tracking until your parcel reaches its destination, we recommend selecting UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES, TARIFFS AND TAXES
If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. Please note that it is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Eden Acre, LLC has no control over such delays and we ask that you contact your local customs agency for further information.
Please note that occasionally items ordered together may not all be available for shipment at the same time. We do our best to ship the entire order together. However, if we need to send your items in more than one shipment, you will only be charged once for the shipping charges that apply to your order.
Finally, please note shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to a number of factors beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, holiday-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Eden Acre, LLC is not responsible for such delays.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would be at your expense.
