This is our go to on days that we feel lazy and don't really want to make a lunch or dinner. So yea, we eat this a lot. haha
slather two pieces of bread (toasted or not) with mayo
add a handful of micros
sliced red onion
and your favorite bacon (we get a really good vegan bacon at Walmart on the day's that I don't make my own"
Avocado is really good on this too.
