All of our recipes are vegan, but they can be converted to non-vegan by using your typical animal-based ingredients, but we suggest giving the vegan recipe a try, it may surprise you and your body will thank you.
We don't get fancy and wordy with our recipes, we give you the ingredients and simple instruction.
Have fun and make the recipe your own by adding or removing what you like or don't like.
We don't list our ingredients as "vegan" or "plant based"
i.e. "Plant milk" or "vegan butter" just as non-vegan recipes don't list them as "Animal milk" or "Animal butter".
A lot of our recipes have been given to us by friends/family, on online, from cookbooks, social media recipe groups, etc. but since we write down the recipes, we have no idea where we got them. In the case that we do know where/who we received the recipe, we will give credit to that person. If you recognize a recipe please contact us and give us the authors name and or link so we can update the recipe. We do have a way of changing these recipes greatly and we also create our own unique recipes.
