By far my most favorite way to eat broccoli! I really need to take a better photo. I guess that means I'm going to have to make it again soon. Hehehehehe

Ingredients
2-3 large heads broccoli or 4-8oz Micro Broccoli
2 heaping cups red grapes
1/2 cup red onion diced approx half an onion
1/2 cup dried cherries (optional)
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
An apple would be great in this too
Make it fun and add what ever you want.
For the dressing
In a medium bowl mix up the dressing ingredients.
¾ cup mayonnaise
1¾ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine or apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp minced clove garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
¼ tsp fine salt
¼ tsp ground black or white pepper
Chop the broccoli into the size that you want, this goes for full size broccoli or Micro.
Stir into the dressing a little at a time.
if using full size broccoli, use 3/4 to all of the dressing.
If using Micros, use about 1/4 of the dressing and add more if needed.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Eat it right away for let it sit a bit for all the flavors to combine. This is even better the second day.
